Description of the initiative and information for the Consumer

The offer and sale of products on the site are aimed at natural persons, who are at least 18 years of age.
If you are under 18, you can make purchases only by involving a parent or guardian.
Purchase methods
If you wish to purchase one or more products on the site, you can select them one at a time, adding them to the cart.
Once you have selected all the products you intend to purchase, you can close your cart. You will be directed to a summary page of the products you have selected, their price and the related shipping costs. You will then be asked to proceed with the payment to submit the order.
If the procedure is successful, you will automatically receive an order receipt email which, however, does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal, but only confirms that your order has been received and will be subjected to a verification process for the availability of the products you requested.
The sales contract with the Otto Trade S.R.L. Company will only be concluded when we send you an email accepting your purchase proposal which will also contain information relating to the processing of the order and tracking of the shipment.
In the event that your order is processed through multiple shipments, you may receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails.
The consumer is invited to print the emails and keep them.

Quantities, prices and payment
All weight indications shown in the product presentation sheets, in the cart and in the summary windows are to be understood as referring to the product only, i.e. net of the governing liquid and packaging.
The price of each individual product is indicated in its presentation sheet and is to be understood as per net kg (i.e. net of the governing liquid and packaging), including VAT and excluding shipping charges.
Otto Trade S.R.L. reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the shipping charges without prior notice.
Any new amounts will be effective from the moment they are published on the site and will be applied to sales made from that moment.

We accept the most common credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express circuits), including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy.
At no time during the purchase procedure does Otto Trade S.R.L. become aware of the buyer’s credit card data, which are entered directly on the website of the institution that manages the transaction; Otto Trade S.R.L. only receives the authorization result.
Order processing and shipping methods
Shipments are made to your home by express courier.
The purchased goods will be produced, packaged and taken over by the courier one day after receiving the order and payment. Delivery usually takes place within 24 hours of production.
For example, if you order your goods on Tuesday, we will produce and ship the goods on Wednesday and generally deliver them on Thursday.
However, the courier guarantees delivery within 72 hours of taking charge, reserving a margin for any transport problems.
We make home shipments from Monday to Wednesday. For this reason, all orders received on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, with delivery starting from Tuesday.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are set by the express courier based on the gross weight of the products purchased.
